Diet and Health
Overview
BSc (Hons) Diet and Health (specialised award) focuses on human nutrition and food safety and is complemented by modules from the Health Studies programme. The programme’s primary aim is to develop knowledge and understanding of the role of diet in human health, well-being and disease.

Never has there been such interest in, and concern about, the food we eat and the ways it can impact on our health and well being. Diet and Health is an enjoyable and highly relevant degree programme that investigates the relationships between food and health, and can lead to a wide variety of careers.
