Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST)
IFST is the leading independent qualifying body for food professionals in Europe and the only professional body in the UK concerned with all aspects of food science and technology.
The School's course BSc (Hons) Food with Nutrition is accredited for membership purposes by the IFST: on completion, our students can apply to be graduate members of the institute without undertaking further training.
