Cathy Leng, Head of Department: Business and Management

I teach and lead on Marketing Management and The Enterprise Module at Level 6.    I have lectured at The University of the West of England and am currently involved with The Open University Business School in their MBA Programme. I spent many years with Barclays Bank working in Sales Management, Human Resource Management and Management training.  My research area is Services Marketing in the UK Financial Services.
