Dr Anil De Sequeira, Subject Leader: Food and Nutrition

Dr Anil de Sequeira, FIFST, CSci, FHEA; is Subject Leader: Food Studies, Department of Biology and Food, School of Science and the Environment. He is also the School of Science and Environment Post graduate tutor (Research) and sits on the University Higher Degrees (Research) Committe. In the role as Postgraduate tutor (Research) he offers pastoral care to the research students in the School, monitors progress of the research students , ensures that students are receiving appropriate and adequate supervision (Annual monitoring) and is responsible for the School annual report on Higher Research degree provision.
